SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are normally dispatched by the next business day but it can sometimes take longer.
We only ship to physical addresses within New Zealand.
Orders under 25kg will be shipped via a courier service.
Orders over 25kg will be shipped via a trucking company.
A shipping fee will be charged at the same rate as our shipping cost.
Very large items may incur additional delivery costs based on shipping volume and your delivery address. We will contact you to confirm any additional costs you need to pay before shipping.
If the product ordered is not available, we will advise you at the earliest opportunity via phone or email.
Products will only be send after payment has cleared into our bank account.
RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns for faulty and defective products only.
Exchanges or change of mind not accepted, as set out in the Consumer Guarantees Act.
All products are ordered specifically from the manufacturer when you purchase and not eligible for return or refund.
